Self-Confidence Cards

In my experience as a coach I find that whatever issues my clients come to me with – be it work or personal –, as we start working and digging a little deeper in most cases we get to questions that are closely related to self-confidence and self-esteem. This is why I created a series of self-confidence cards to help resolve these issues.

For everyone…

I created these self-confidence cards to help anyone who would appreciate some support in strengthening their self-confidence, or simply wish to get closer to themselves. The deck of cards covers 12 topics about self-confidence, from managing failure through self-acceptance to finding balance. Those who take the courage and embark on this journey with the help of the cards will have a new perspective on the world and on themselves. I believe that with enough sincerity and perseverance there is much we can do to break free from self-limiting beliefs and learn to believe in ourselves all over again.

Based on the detailed description that is attached to the cards, anyone can start exploring their own inner world without having to be a coach, therapist or psychologist.

For professionals…

At the same time, I full-heartedly recommend the cards to all professionals who are dedicated by their vocation or their life mission to supporting the spiritual development of others, whether they are coaches, therapists, psychologists, teachers, child carers or others in the helping profession. There is no separate guide for using the cards for them, because their vocation, professional experience and knowledge are the best guide there could be.

For children…

And last but not least, our most precious ones, children. The cards are designed in a way that makes them suitable to supporting the spiritual development of children, which is also helped by the playful illustration of the cards. These cards make it easier for children to understand different behaviours, to talk about their feelings, and share what is really troubling them. In children there is always curiosity, and the joy of discovery.
