A coaching process consists of a few sessions – approximately 1 hour each – but the frequency of the meetings and the length of the process will be tailored to your special needs. It is up to you how fast and how far we proceed in achieving your goals. Generally 4-5 sessions are enough to deal with a problem at hand; however it obviously depends on the nature of the problem as well.
As for the frequency of the sessions, we should meet every week or at least every second week in order to be effective, otherwise the process might lose momentum and fall apart.
